• 
  Repainting / (Washover-Panel).
  Automobiles that go through repainting are those vehicles that have dull paint finish brought about by paint oxidation, extreme environment exposure, improper paint care, vandalized, body collision, change of image and aesthetics.  The process for repainting requires dismantling of panels i.e. hood, trunk bumpers and doors, interior and exterior accessories i.e. mouldings, sidings, lightings and windows.  The removal of such allows thorough body and panel preparation prior painting per se.  This process resembles the plant painting procedure that even crevices and interiors of panels are repainted.  Quality work begins with good preparation and no short cuts in the process.


• Body Repair/Works.
  Older cars from 10 to 20 years of age have greater probability to have corroded panels.  Normally these corrosions occur on crevices of wheel well panels, roof near rear and front windshield, underside and doors and fenders.  If the panels can be replaced by surplus shell or panel, the better it is for restoration purposes.  However, if the panel is integral to the body and can not be replaced, body works is deemed to be done.  The corroded portions are cut and replaced with new metal sheet and welded with oxyacetylene or better MIG welding.  The corroded panels that are deemed for replacement have to be skillfully contoured by hammer and dolly based on the actual panel contour.  This is to avoid heavy plastering of body filler on the replaced panel.


• Collision Repair.
  This is one of the body shop’s difficult processes. Automobile accidents can be avoided, but in circumstances that it can’t be avoided, this is where the specific service is employed.  This ranges from minor to medium and heavy collisions.  The process involves restoring the panels or body to somewhat to its original state by replacing fresh panels and body straightening if it is required.  After such rectification, the next process will be panel repainting or washover if the panels replaced are more than 50%.


• Interior and Exterior Detailing.
  These days, customers are acquainted with the proper OEM paint care. Modern processes in exterior and interior care are getting more and more advanced and better. This service puts automobiles to quality polishing, waxing, cleaning and detailing of both interior and exterior. This process restores the condition of paint and interior panels to its OEM condition, thus lengthening and protecting its paint finish and panels.


• Undercoating.
  To protect the underside from corrosion due to stone chippings at the underside, there is a requirement for undercoating with rubberized coating. The process requires jet cleaning of the underside prior application of the coating. It is very important there are no loose scales or dirt to prevent it from early chipping of the coating.


• Car Washing.
  This is to protect the paint exterior from daily exposure from dirts, tree saps, bird droppings and chemicals. This is just like the proper hygiene of a car as compared to humans. The process involves thorough washing using high pressure water and shampooing with wax component. While drying down the vehicle, the shampoo’s content has a wax medium that allows coating while doing ordinary cleaning/washing.
